Al principio, el planeta se volvió silencioso. Los primeros días del confinamiento, en marzo de 2020, buscábamos una manera de superar el agobio: el futuro parecía invisible. Cada mañana escribí un poema para compartir mis emociones con otra escritora inglesa de Buckinghamshire. Las dos hemos escrito sin parar, ella en inglés y yo en castellano e inglés. Los días pasaron más deprisa y me relajé contando mis actividades, mis pensamientos más profundos, mis encuentros y la esperanza de ver la luz al final del túnel. La luz apareció, poco a poco, en la creatividad cotidiana. Estuve contenta, sola con mis poemas. Me encontré bien, feliz de estar viva, de tener la suerte de poder admirar la naturaleza. De repente entendí lo que significaba el bienestar y una nueva forma de felicidad. Gracias al confinamiento, me escapé de mi cueva oscura para abrazar la vida.At the beginning, the planet became silent. In the first days of confinement, in March 2020, we were finding out the way to overcome stress: the future seemed invisible. Every morning I wrote a poem to share my emotions with another English writer from Buckinghamshire. We have both written without stopping, she in English and I in Spanish and English. The days went by faster and I relaxed telling my activities, my deeper thoughts, my encounters and the hope of seeing the light at the end of the tunnel. The light appeared, little by little, in our quotidian creativity. I was happy, alone with my poems. I found myself well, happy to be alive, to be lucky enough to be able to admire nature. Suddenly I understood what wellness meant as well as a new form of happiness. Thanks to the confinement, I escapedfrom my dark cave to embrace life.
